Data collected and purposes

• Newsletter subscription ("L'Atelier Innowide"): email address, via Substack. Purpose: sending our insights. Legal basis: consent.
• Booking a meeting: name, email and any information you provide, via Google Calendar. Purpose: arranging the conversation. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures / consent.
• Audience measurement: visit statistics via Matomo, self-hosted in France, configured without cookies and with IP anonymisation. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
• Email contact: the data you send us by email. Purpose: replying to your request.

Recipients and processors

Your data is never sold. It may be processed by our providers: Substack (newsletter, outside the EU, covered by standard contractual clauses), Google (meeting booking), and our host OVH (France). Matomo is self-hosted: that data stays with Innowide.

Retention

Newsletter email: until unsubscription. Contact and meeting data: 3 years after the last contact. Matomo statistics: 3 years.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights: contact@innowide.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL, cnil.fr).

Cookies

The site uses no advertising tracking cookie. Matomo audience measurement is configured without cookies. Newsletter sign-up goes through a third party (Substack) which may set its own cookies on its domain.
